It's rare to see PNP chief Director General Bato dela Rosa playing second fiddle to anyone in front of the media. When dela Rosa enters a room, all eyes, microphones and cameras tend to gravitate toward the musclebound top cop.
While he's in Las Vegas rooting for one world champion boxer, however, dela Rosa won't mind taking a backseat to an equally famous public servant.
It's clear from this video, shot while Manny Pacquiao was running a few laps at a local track, that Pacquiao and dela Rosa are tight. Pacquiao doesn't let his guard down often but, when he's comfortable with the people around him, he can drop a quip or two.
It's a far-fetched idea, but how does a movie titled "Si Bato at Ang Kamao" sound like?
